投<water research>, 这种修改意见该怎么办？

编辑回复说大修，其中一个reviewer基本上没有提具体建议，说sufficient for publication（得意一下，嘿嘿）。但后面的小修意见让我为难了，他列了16篇文献，说让我引用，一会说suggestion，一会说must。而且这16篇文献同一个通讯作者，我根本不可能全引的，那该怎么办呢？ 我现在参考文献32篇，引他几篇好呢？ 意见原文如下： The study is sufficient for publication and I am recommending a minor revision. There are few suggestions, which should be incorporated, in revised manuscript: Authors are advised to update the literature part of this manuscript. There is substantial amount of research work available in literature on this topic by different workers.
