我们正在为我们的团队招聘技术研发工程师。如果您擅长开发高效的 #钙钛矿 光伏器件/组件，是材料和工艺开发方面的专家，并且对钙钛矿 #太阳能电池 制造有深入的了解，我们愿意与您交谈。请发电子邮件到 daymond.kibing@gmail.com 角色与职责 工作范围包括: ·开发钙钛矿光伏电池的制造工艺、材料表征和可靠性测试能力 ·致力于高效钙钛矿太阳能电池及组件集成的快速发展 ·新型卤化物钙钛矿组合物的测试 ·概念化并实现新的设备配置，增强了稳定性和效率 ·设计和测试各种尺寸的太阳能电池 ·报告撰写和结果演示 ·定期保存研究和学习记录 ·与新加坡和中国的内部同事紧密合作，共同完成公司目标。 能力和资格要求 ·材料科学、化学或相关专业，硕士、博士学位，对材料（特别是钙钛矿）、器件物理和工艺有深入的了解 ·在卤化物钙钛矿光伏和大面积制造工艺（槽模涂层）领域有经验者优先。 ·材料表征技术方面的专业知识。 ·具有良好的时间管理、实验设计和数据分析能力。 ·良好的英语语言能力（口语和书面） ·良好的沟通和人际交往能力 工作说明和要求的简要版本 我们正在寻找一个专注和高度积极的个人贡献一个充满活力和不断成长的团队。该团队专注于大面积钙钛矿太阳能电池板的制备，致力于开发世界领先的高效钙钛矿太阳能电池和组件集成。 我们很遗憾，只有入围的候选人将被通知。 Roles & Responsibilities The job scope includes: · Development of fabrication processes, material characterization and reliability testing capabilities for the perovskite photovoltaics · Dedicated to the rapid development of highly efficiency perovskite solar cells and module integration · Testing of new halide perovskite compositions · Conceptualize and realize new device configurations with enhanced stability and efficiency · Design and test solar cells in various sizes · Report writing and results presentation · Regular maintaining of research and study records · Work closely with internal colleagues in Singapore and China to work in company target. COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS · Degree, Master, PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry or related fields with in-depth knowledge of materials (especially perovskites), device physics and processing · Previous experience in the field of halide perovskite photovoltaics and large-area fabrication process (slot-die coating) is a plus. · Expertise in materials characterization techniques. · Good skills in time management, experiment design and data analysis. · Good English language skills (oral and written) · Good communication and interpersonal skills ABRIDGED VERSION OF JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS We are looking for a focused and highly motivated individual to contribute to a dynamic and growing team. This team focuses on the fabrication of large-area perovskite panels in our flagship project, working towards the development of world leading high-efficiency perovskite photovoltaics as well as the module integration.
