ANOVA统计分析求助

投了篇给International Journal of Food Science & Technology，但是编辑初审要求如下改稿： It is not clear that statistical analysis of variations between methods have been carried out. Calculating an average, standard deviation or showing error bars alone is not sufficient. You should seek advice from a statistician as to the most appropriate analyses. You should use error bars on all figures and/or superfices to denote significant differences in tables. The statistical analysis should then inform the discussion which should be edited to include statistical information. In our experience referees insist that in tablesshowing dependent data. e.g.. Table 2. superfices or other statistical treatment to denote significant differences is shown. This makes the results of your statistical analyses clear. 肯定要统计分析的啊，就是说你的结果不仅要表示成平均值加减标准差的形式，而且要对结果进行显著性比较 比如要通过SPSS或者SAS等软件进行结果的显著性分析 另外，你的统计结果应该在讨论部分有所体现 举个例子吧，Data were expressed as mean ± stan- dard deviation (SD) and analyzed statistically by ANOVA method. P-values below 0.05 were regarded as statistically significant. |
