紧急求助！（关于CIF）

投了CC杂志，评委关于晶体的结构提了几个问题，我不是很懂晶体的结构，所以求助大家，不知道是什么意思，如何修改，谢谢大家了！回答好的金币奖励！ CIF: Z’=2 (2 independent molecules in the asymmetric part of the unit cell). Platon ADDSYM routine detects (Pseudo) Centre of Symmetry. This needs to be investigated and explained. _chemical_absolute_configuration info is not given. Please use appropriate descriptor. MANUSCRIPT: In the manuscript authors have reported 1 new crystal structure. The crystallography summary (including the unit cell parameters, space group, crystal system, number of collected/independent reflections, R(int), refinement details, Flack parameter, CCDC depository number etc) should be appended as a footnote or in the Notes and References Section of the manuscript. See also RSC Author guidelines (http://www.rsc.org/Publishing/Re ... lography/sect2.asp) Fig. 2 Asymmetric part of the unit cell contains 2 independent molecules (Z’=2); however Figure contains only one. This should be briefly commented in the figure caption. Additionally instead of “X-ray crystallography of 5l” I would suggest to use something like “X-ray structure of 5l…” or “Crystal structure of 5l”. Please complete all above. |

你的晶胞到底有两个分子还是一个，CIF中标有两个，但是你给的图中只有一个，这要检查，并且在你的图的标题中说明。CIF中没有表示你的化合物的绝对构型，请你补加。你的晶体的各种参数，晶胞参数，点群等要在注释、脚注或者是参考文献中标明。 “X-ray crystallography of 5l” 建议用“X-ray structure of 5l…” 或者 “Crystal structure of 5l”. [ Last edited by jw227 on 2009-9-15 at 20:20 ] |
