2.2. Synthesis of VTPE As show in Scheme S1, 9.0 g Bromotriphenylethylene and 5.09 g 4-formylphenylboronic acid were first dissolved in mixed solvent of THF(100 mL) and 2 M Na2COg aqueous solution (100 mL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 0.5 h in a 500 mL round bottom flask under nitrogen gas after the addition of 3g Pd(PPh.)A catalyst. Then the mixture was heated to 66°C and kept for 12h. After cooling to room temperature, the final solution was extracted by EA and dried under anhydrous sodium sulfate. The crude product was chromatographed through a silica gel column with PE as eluent to give final VTPE. HNMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ (ppm) = 5.16-5.24 (dd, 1H, J = 0.73 Hz,10.90 Hz), 5.70-5.80 (dd, 1H, J = 0.80 Hz, 17.57 Hz), 6.57-6.67 (dd,1H, J= 10.87 Hz, 17.57 Hz), 6.90-7.27 (m, 19 H). 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
