被主编直接拒稿，各位大神给分析一下

投了一篇If10+的期刊，今天直接被主编拒稿，被建议我转投其他两个期刊。去年投过两次，都中了，个人感觉这篇比较有希望，起码不应该直接被主编砍掉。 下面附上主编的回复，麻烦大神看看是不是我写的太烂。 还有一个问题 我这篇文章是在去年的基础上升华的，跟去年文章重复率百分之6，有没有可能是这个原因被砍了 Comments to Authors: I. Criteria: The decision is not an underestimation of the paper quality but a matter of appropriateness and priorities. The submission does not fit the more generalized submission requirements of Energy Conversion and Management. 1) The selection criteria give the priority to the submissions that consider the most original/NOvel/advanced research and that deal with the hot research lines in the journal. 2) the selection criteria prefer submissions that deal with interdisciplinary energy subjects with a special attention to maintaining a balanced and fair distribution among all energy subjects and disciplines. 3) the selection criteria give the priority to submissions that consider as much as possible of these methodologies: modeling, experimental, analysis and optimization with a special attention to the validation/verification.
