使用powdll转换XRD文件时报错无法转换

如题，使用powdll转换XRD文件时报提示，转换文件为raw，求助各位大神： 点击转换后提示： xxx.raw contains 12 patterns. All patterns will be converted to XY while the last one will be also converted to the chosen output format (all files can be found into the same folder). 点了确定后提示： Non-negative number required. Parameter name: value 请问怎么解决啊？ |
