LPR大修提交后二审找不到审稿人？

wiley旗下laser photonics review，一审2个月，1个审稿意见建议大修。大修1个月后提交，二审3个月没有音信，我催了一下，回复的： Your manuscript is still with the reviewers. Unfortunately, several invitations to review have been declined. This has lengthened the process. We appreciate your patience and will contact you as soon as the editor has made their decision. 还要不要等啊，LPR有没有因为二审找不到审稿人直接拒稿的情况 |
