投稿IEEE WCL被拒了，呜呜呜。 已有4人参与

投稿IEEE WCL被拒了，心情郁闷，主要是博后面临出站，急需最后一篇论文。所以求虫友推荐个相同研究方向的三四区期刊，两个月内出结果的最好了，和IEEE WCL,CL一样难度的就算了。编辑部分意见如下： Your paper may not be resubmitted for review. The reasons for this are as follows: The main reasons for this decision are as follows: the topic is timely and interesting. The proposed scheme seems to work well. However as pointed by the reviewers, there are many unclear technical points. Importantly, the paper lacks the contribution/novelty. It is an extension of [5], [6], and [9]. In addition, the assumption of perfect CSI knowledge at the APs and users is not interesting. |
