For most WB bands , the inclination of the target protein and the internal protein is inconsistent. Are the results from the same gel? Please provide the WB results on the original whole gel.
Response: Special thanks for your careful reading my paper and professional comments. We are very sorry for the inconsistent inclination of the target protein and the internal protein in this point. Due to the poor specificity of the antibody and the close molecular weight of some target proteins to the internal protein, the WB bands of target protein and its corresponding internal protein were obtained by running two separate gels. The original whole gel of WB has been shown in a PDF file named “Supplementary of WB”.
