| 本研究得出,斑马鱼暴露在L7-LPEAC中,脏器中的ATPase活性总趋势是受抑制的,随 L7-LPEAC质量浓度增加,ATPase活受抑制的程度增加。由于L7-LPEAC在鱼类肝脏、鳃中的积累,破坏了细胞膜上的离子平衡,使生物膜功能遭到破坏,导致机体抗自由基的防御能力减弱,影响了ATPase活性中心的某些基团的解离,酶活性中心的亲核催化作用也受到影响,从而ATPase活性下降。随着暴露时间的增长,ATPase活性略微有所回升,可能是由于L7-LPEAC积累到一定程度,打破体内离子平衡,而加大补偿性渗透调节影响所致。可见斑马鱼脏器对 L7-LPEAC的影响较为敏感。以安全浓度0.09 g/L为界,长期(超过10 d)处于L7-LPEAC之下的斑马鱼,在低于0.09 g/L L7-LPEAC环境中,对其肝脏和鳃中ATPase活性的影响较小。当环境中L7-LPEAC浓度高于0.09 g/L时,则对其肝脏和鳃中ATPase活性的影响程度较大。说明水体中L7-LPEAC超过一定限度时,直接与其接触的鳃会受到严重的损伤。 |

| In this paper, when zebra fish was exposed to the L7-LPEAC, the ATPase activity of the organs was inhibited in the general tendency. With the increase of L7-LPEAC concentration, the inhibition degree of ATPase activity was strengthened. As the accumulation of the L7-LPEAC in fish liver and gills, the ion balance and function of the cell membrane was damaged, leading to weakened efficacy of the body defenses against free radicals and making the ATPase some groups of active site dissociating. Furthermore, nucleophilic catalysis of the enzyme active site has also been affected, thus ATPase activity declined. With the increase in exposure time, ATPase activity recovered slightly, probably since L7-LPEAC accumulated to a certain extent and broke the body ion balance so as to increased compensatory osmotic adjustment effects. From all mentioned above, it indicated that the organs of Zebra fish are relatively sensitive to the impact of L7-LPEAC. With 0.09 g / L as a safe dose, when the zebra fish has been in L7-LPEAC for a long-term (more than 10 d) and under the L L7-LPEA concentration of 0.09 gC, the effect on ATPase activity in liver and gills of zebra fish are little. When L7-LPEAC concentration of living environment is higher than in of 0.09 g / L, the effect on ATPase activity in liver and gills of zebra fish are showed much. It suggests that when L7-LPEAC in water exceeds a certain limit, the gills contacting with L7-LPEAC directly will be a serious injured. |
