新手投稿时碰到一些问题，希望大佬们可以帮忙解答一下:
1.上传文件的时候没有Title page的选项，但是要求包含Title page，那标题页可不可以直接写在手稿第一页呀？
2.Title page要求指明表格、图片和附录是什么意思呀？标题页的要求的原话是“The title page should include the following information: author(s) names, academic degrees, institution, email, phone number, keywords (up to 5), total number of words (excluding those found in tables and figures but including the number of words in appendices), tables, figures, and appendices. Include any financial disclosures and any conflicts of interest. Titles are limited to 15 words. Compound titles are not accepted.”，确实不懂指明表格那些是什么意思，希望友友们能帮忙解答一下。
