爱思唯尔客服帮我改了状态，是不是相当于帮我催编辑了 已有4人参与

是这样的，7月底投了food hydrocolloids，然后8月初送审under review状态一直没变。之前联系过客服，客服说编辑邀请了4个审稿人，其中三个拒绝审稿。只有一个审稿意见已经返回。 今天又问了一下客服，客服说抱歉这么久，然后直接把我状态改成rrc了，还说这样就可以提醒编辑做决定或者继续寻找审稿人，意思是直接帮我向编辑催了么？？这是不是凉凉了。 这是客服跟我说的原话 first, please accept my apologies for the delay in getting a decision of your manuscript. as i’ve checked, your paper was still under review with only one reviewer who able to agreed and sent his comments already. for your ease, i've changed the status of your manuscript to "required reviews completed" for your convenience. the status change on the system will be notify the journal editor in providing his final decision based on the received reviewers comments or the editor will be inviting more reviewers to ensure the fair review process of your manuscript. in this instance, please give this process another two weeks. rest assured that you will be inform by the decision soon. is there anything else i can help you with today? 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
