共生网络构建

求助！我基于12个土壤样本构建了分子生态网络，审稿专家说重复太少，，而且边不能解释为互作关系，那要解释成什么？专家给的这篇文献基本否定了共生网络的应用，那大家做的共生网络岂不是都没有意义。 专家意见： The construction and interpretation of the co-occurrence networks are flawed. The number of samples (12) used is far too low to obtain robust networks and networks should not be interpreted as interactions.
