怎么来理解这二条审稿意见（关于XPS的）！求助高手！

今天回来审稿意见中，有二条关于XPS的审稿意见，不过，看了半天都没有搞明白，请高手指点！二个审稿人意思是不是一样的？ 审稿人1＃ To elucidate the charge transfer effect by XPS spectra, the fixed values of energy difference and the area ratio for deconvolution should be pointed out. 审稿人2＃ the signal intensity of the XPS raw data may not be high enough to guarantee the quality of deconvolution.
