香港城市大学Dr. Yanni Sun课题组招收生物信息及机器学习方向博士研究生。Dr. Sun 在 Washington University in Saint Louis 计算机科学系获得博士学位，一直从事生物信息学的研究。 我们的研究对象是生物数据，用的方法包括 algorithms, probabilistic models, machine learning/deep learning, and data mining. 你会得到严格和充分的科研训练和广阔的就业前景。欢迎有一技之长的你来申请，无论是擅长找问题，发现问题，还是编程，数据分析，亦或对微生物相关领域有研究经验都热烈欢迎。 具体研究方向： Bioinformatics, sequence analysis, microbiome analysis using machine learning models and sequence analysis algorithms. Besides the following topics, we also welcome the applicants to explore other related topics. You need to be familiar with some programming languages/data processing pipelines. You should be highly motivated to study research problems you are interested in. I am happy to provide you with the freedom of choosing appropriate research topics.
