Title: Ph.D. Student Position @ The University of Tennessee Knoxville (Industrial and Systems Engineering) Dr. Bing Yao with the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) at the University of Tennessee Knoxville (UTK) is seeking Ph.D. students starting from Spring 2023/ Fall 2023. The prospective students will receive full doctoral-level financial support with a tuition waiver. Dr. Bing Yao is an Assistant Professor at UTK. Her research focuses on the development of innovative data-driven models for smart health and advanced manufacturing. Specifically, her research interests include: ? Big data analytics for spatiotemporal complex systems ? Physics-informed machine learning ? Computer simulation and optimization ? Biomedical and health informatics ? Data mining and signal processing ? Markov decision process and sequential decision making ?
