各位大神好： 我刚投稿BITE，两个同意，一个拒稿，编辑最终给拒稿。但是收到了爱思唯尔的转投建议，包括Industrial Crops and Products和JB。 我想转投ICP，但是不知道OA收费，是否需要按照BT审稿人意见尽可能修改再转投ICP？ 殷切期盼大神给出具体可行的建议，非常感谢！！ If you decide to transfer, we will then transfer your files to your chosen journal, where you will be able to make any revisions before completing your submission.
