[交流] 收到PROOF,但是有内容不明白，紧急求助!

wiley中一个期刊，收到proof，但是有些内容不明白，请达人指教！

收到邮件如下：
Please print out these files and write your corrections on the galley proofs and fill
out the forms as usual. Please supply text for graphical abstracts (at most 400 characters) and figure suggestion. For this you require the program "ADOBE Acrobat Reader", which can be downloaded free of charge from the Internet (http://www.adobe.com). The proofs are best viewed with Acrobat Reader 4.x.

If you have any questions or cannot open these files for any reason then please e-mail us at idolecki@wiley-vch.de to let us know. PLEASE NOTE: THIS E-MAIL WAS SENT BY THE TYPESETTERS AND NOT BY THE EDITORIAL OFFICE. THEREFORE DO NOT USE THE "REPLY TO MESSAGE" FUNCTION.

不太清楚的是：
1.Please print out these files and write your corrections on the galley proofs and fill
out the forms as usual.（请打印这些文件，并且填写你的纠正在。。。？具体怎么弄？）
2. graphical abstracts 是发给谁？因为“ PLEASE NOTE: THIS E-MAIL WAS SENT BY THE TYPESETTERS AND NOT BY THE EDITORIAL OFFICE. THEREFORE DO NOT USE THE "REPLY TO MESSAGE" FUNCTION.”不让回复，请问是发给编辑吗？
3.”Please do not make your corrections electronically, simply fax your corrected version and the reprint order form to the “是不是意味着我不能用email发送，而只能用传真，请问国际传真到哪里能发啊？一般多少钱？我要发哪些东西？
4.如果没有什么问题，我是不是可以不予理睬？毕竟回复是要银子的！
