[求助] 请问elsevier期刊resive问题已有1人参与

3月投稿，现在状态显示revise，没有审稿意见，好像是要加入一个什么平台。投稿状态里面reviewer complete:2，难道是审稿人没提意见？邮件部分内容如下：

另外现在elesvier修改都是revise，不区分major minor了吗？请问这种情况接受概率多大呢？谢谢。
