请问elsevier期刊resive问题 已有1人参与

3月投稿，现在状态显示revise，没有审稿意见，好像是要加入一个什么平台。投稿状态里面reviewer complete:2，难道是审稿人没提意见？邮件部分内容如下： Upon submission, you have selected to participate in Reproducibility Badge Initiative (RBI).
