通过接触角测量、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和全反射傅里叶红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)等手段研究了功率密度对水接触角、表面能、表面粗糙度、表面化学成分及老化效应的影响。结果表明,功率密度对均匀DBD材料表面改性有重要影响。当处理时间一定时,功率密度越大,接触角下降的越多,表面能上升的越快。增大DBD处理的功率密度,利用更少的处理时间就能得到同样的处理效果。表面样貌及化学成分分析表明,在相同的处理时间下,功率密度越大,薄膜表面粗糙度越大,表面引入的含氧基团也越多。采用大功率密度充分处理后,表面的老化效应相对缓慢,能更好地保持处理效果。 专业词汇翻译不准没关系,要语句结构。 |

And the aging effect of the surface is weaken treated with adequate high watt density, thus can maintain the effect of the treatment better. |

| By means of contact angle measurement, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), the effect of power density was studied on the contact angle of water, surface energy, surface roughness, surface chemical composition and aging effect.
