physica scripta 修改提交时候需要提交哪些文件呢

我修改稿提交了：1、匿名的手稿(带标记)pdf；2、未匿名的手稿(不标记)；3、逐条回复意见稿件， 为啥还是返回来说要重新提交 有啥问题吗？ 下面是要求重新提交内容 求分析 Thank you for your submission to Physica Scripta.
