【求助】求助MS问题

昨天从本论坛下载了一个MS4.4的软件以及LIC，但安装后castep和reflex老是出问题如下图所示，是安装出问题了吗？ 传了半天没传上来图上显示： castep：The selected task cannot be performed because all atom positions are constrained. If you wish to optimize the cell parameters,please ensure that:'optimize cell " is checked on the castep Geometry optimization panel reflex: this feature is not available.
