There are postdoctoral/Research Fellow positions available as below:

1. RF and Mixed Signal Integrated Circuits and Systems - Research Fellow (Research Associate)

Your will be responsible for research and development of integrated circuits and systems for noncontact sensor, wireless communication and radar applications.

Requirements:
• A PhD/master degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• 2-3 years’ relevant experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Integrated circuit and device design, sensor and radar system, and RF and microwave engineering.
• Knowledge and/or experience in using tools such as Cadence, ADS, HFFS, CST, and Matlab, etc.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and also in a team environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in integrated circuits and systems will also be considered.

2. mmWave/THz/GaN Circuits and Systems - Research Fellow (Research Associate)

Your will be responsible for research and development of mmWave/THz/GAN circuits and systems for next generation communication and radar applications.

Requirements:
• A PhD/Master degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• 2-3 years’ relevant experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Integrated circuit and device design, RF and microwave engineering, and radar/communication system.
• Knowledge and/or experience in using tools such as Cadence, ADS, HFFS, CST, and Matlab, etc.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and also in a team environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in integrated circuits and systems will also be considered.
