主编这句话是啥意思？

这是第一次大修后，主编给出的意见，可以重投吗？希望有多大？另外，这句话“...the manuscript should be highlighted at places where the content has been revised from the earlier submission to address the reviewer's comments...”啥意思啊，这一次的审稿意见需要加上吗？还是只考虑上一轮审稿意见？ I have received the attached comments on your paper and they are not very positive. Therefore, I am very sorry to inform you that I am unable to accept this paper, in its present form, for publication in the XXX. I hope that the reviewer's comments are helpful in any re submission of an extensively revised version of this manuscript, which will be considered as a new submission. In case of re submission, the manuscript should be highlighted at places where the content has been revised from the earlier submission to address the reviewer's comments; in a separate section, please explain how you have addressed reviewer's concerns. Please attach also the reviewer's comments with you explanation. Further, please assign same numbers to the reviewer's comments and your responses. All these documents should be submitted as one new file, i.e. the new manuscript file. |
