[交流] 因为查重没过被拒还能再投吗已有12人参与

投了爱思威尔旗下的期刊，初审被拒。
大概意思是文本和之前的工作相似，让我转投
意见是:thank you for submitting your latest research to industrial crops & products. the editors have evaluated your paper and found textual duplications with some previous works. before transferring your manuscript to the partner journal you should address these textual duplications.
这种情况我可以降重后再投吗

我的文章当时也是因为查重被拒了，我写了这么一段话，编辑同意了，后来也送审了，不过被审稿人拒了。杂志是J Colloids and Interface Science。
