Multiple fully funded PhD candidate positions (Computer Science (Machine Learning, Data Science), Chemistry or Genetics are available in Dr. Pingzhao Hu's lab (www.hu-bioinformaticslab.org) at the Department of Computer Science, or Department of Biochemistry, at Western University, London, Ontario, Canada. Please be noted that Dr. Hu will move his current lab to Western University on September 1, 2022. The candidate should have solid programming skills (R, Python and/or C, etc.), quantitative analysis background (machine learning, data mining, etc.) and acquaintance with Linux.
