麻烦虫友们帮忙看看这个拒稿的原因 已有1人参与

给IJAT投了一篇文章，一周后收到拒稿回信，内容如下： We regret to inform you that your manuscript cannot be accepted in the present form. Thank you for your interest in the International Journal of Automotive Technology. All authors must be registered in the system. there is no a second affiliation on the system. And the title is not corresponded to the paper one. We would appreciate it if you could revise your manuscript and resubmit it to the IJAT submission system. 请问：3个原因中，后面两个是什么意思？没看懂  如果修改好后再投稿还有机会吗？ |
