运动单元从一个平衡位置运动到另一个平衡位置的速度用松弛时间τ表示。高分子链中最小的运动单元称为链段。在某一固定温度下,当频率足够低,从而1/ω》τ(链段),高聚物表现为高弹态;当频率足够高时,从而1/ω《τ(链段),高聚物表现为玻璃态,而在1/ω≈τ(链段)时,高聚物发生玻璃花转变,所以对同一种聚合物,施加的频率越高,达到玻璃花转变所需要的温度越高,符合Arrhenius定理。

The relaxing speed of motor Unit from one equilibrium position to another was expressed with τ . The smallest motor unit in Polymer chain is called  chain segment. At a fixed temperature, when the frequency was low enough and 1/ω》τ (chain segment), the polymer showed high elastic state. When the frequency was high enough and 1/ω《τ (chain segment), the polymer showed glassy state. However, when 1/ω≈τ(chain segment), the polymer generated glass flower transformation. Thus,  higher the frequency applied ,  higher temperature was required to achieve glass flower transformation for the same kind of polymer. This is Consistent with Arrhenius theorem.
