[求助] 重投biochemistry得到回复是格式修改（或者小修？）请问这样需要怎么办已有2人参与

事情是这样的，3月底收到拒稿但是接受重投（一个拒，一个大修，一个小修）。按着要求+MD实验之后写在里面。
5、2日重投，昨天得到回复如下：

Thank you for submitting your manuscript for publication in Biochemistry. We are ready to accept this manuscript but upon further review, we noticed that the following things need to be changed before we can accept it:

-Please remove the brackets around the text on the manuscript and SI title page and add the corresponding author's email address to the title page.
-Please provide a clean version of the manuscript and SI with no underlining.
-Please add the Supporting Information blrub to the manuscript in the following format: Supporting Information Available: [Brief statement in non-sentence format of the contents of the material supplied as Supporting Information of your material.
-Please add "Supporting Information" to the top of the SI title page.
-Please number the SI pages as "S1, S2, S3" etc.
-Any other changes that are requested by the formatting team.

请问这样是什么意思？是小修吗？（他没有给我审稿人意见）
我回复稿件的时候需要发送cover letter吗？如果需要应该怎么写呢？

建议先登录杂志界面看看状态，估计是revision，然后准备response信逐条回复以上编辑给的意见，正文和ESI相应修改标黄，然后界面点revision按钮按照要求完成就好。个人感觉如果有CV上传的，可以上传，一般情况下不需要了。

您好我这里看到的是Revisions and Resubmissions Requested by Editorial Office 请问是什么意思是小修吗
