ELISA说明书里数据处理里的一句话：Constract a standard curve by plotting the mean O.D. and concentration for each stardard and draw a best fit curve through the points on the graph or create a standard curve on log-log graph paper with concentration on the y-axis and absorbance on the x-axis. 这是哪种拟合方法，是随便那种都可以的意思吗 |
