: 1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay them. 1、摈弃无意义的数字,包括年龄、体重和身高。让医生去担心这些吧,你不是付给钱给他们了吗? 2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down. (keep this in mind if you are one of those grouches.) 2、只交快乐的朋友。经常怨声载道的人只会令你消沉。(如果你经常怨声载道,记住这句话) 3. Keep learning: Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain get idle. "An idle mind is the devil's workshop." And the devil's name is Alzheimer's! 3、不断学习:计算机、手工艺、园林,任何事。千万别让脑袋闲着。“荒芜的脑筋是魔鬼的作坊”。魔鬼的名字叫:痴呆 4. Enjoy the simple things. 4、享受简单的事情。 5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath. And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and lots of time with HIM/HER. 5、经常放声大笑,直到上气不接下气为止。如果你有一位能经常令你笑的朋友,多多跟他在一起吧。 6. The tears happen: Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person who is with us our entire life, is yourself. LIVE while you are alive. 6、哭出来。忍受、痛哭,然后继续前进。跟我们一辈子在一起的人只有你自己。当你活着的时候就要:生活。 7. Surround yourself with what you love: Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge. 7、把自己包围在喜欢做的事务中:家庭、宠物、纪念品、音乐、植物、爱好,无论什么。你的家是你的避难所。 8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help. 8、爱惜自己的健康: 如果健康良好,注意保养; 如果健康不稳定,锻炼提高; 如果已无法提高,寻求帮助。 9. Don't take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county, to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is. 9、别去会让你内疚的地方。去商场、去别的城市、别的国家,就是别去那些令你事后内疚的地方。 10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity. 10、告诉你爱的人你爱他们,别错过任何一次机会。 |
