1.中国的稀土80%在包头,包头稀土矿中含50%氧化铈,基本都是原料型产品,因而出现严重积压。氧化铈有着广泛的用途,但很多方面的应用都要求其粒子具有特殊的物性,粒子的形貌、尺寸、结构、分散性、表面性能等物化性能决定其应用领域,但传统制备工艺难以控制氧化铈粒子的形貌及物性,从而难以满足应用的需求。 2.本项目拟通过添加A等长链聚合物来调控碳酸铈纳米晶粒子的自组装,制备形貌和物性可控的碳酸铈晶体颗粒,通过煅烧后得到功能性的氧化铈粒子。研究聚合物对结晶过程的影响、聚合物的长链结构对粒子自组装的控制规律以及聚合物对纳米粒子自组装的调控机理,通过控制其前驱体的形貌和性能,以期得到大孔径、高比表面积、具有良好的热稳定性及催化作用的氧化铈颗粒。 3.通过本课题的研究,可以为物性可控的稀土纳米粒子制备提供理论基础,同时发挥包头的稀土资源优势,提升我国稀土产业的国际竞争力。 截止日期今晚9点。谢谢大家 |

1 80% of Rare Earth of China is in Baotou , which containing 50% cerium oxide, and most of them are products as raw materials, resulting in a serious backlog. Cerium oxide has a wide range of uses, but many applications require special physics properties of particles. 2 he project intends to by adding long-chain polymers including A to regulate nano-crystalline cerium carbonate particles self-assembly, and prepare crystalline cerium carbonate particles with controllable morphology and properties and functional ceria particles can obtained by calcination . 1. The rare earth reserves of Baotou accounted for 80% of China, which containing 50% cerium oxide. The products are all the raw materials resulting in a serious backlog. Cerium oxide is widely used, but special properties of particles are all required in many application aspects. The physical and chemical properties of particles determine their application field such as morphology, size, structure, dispersion, and surface properties. However, the traditional preparation process can not control physical and chemical properties of cerium oxide, thus making it difficult to meet the application requirements. 2. The project attempts to regulate self-assembly of cerium carbonate nano-crystalline particles, prepare cerium carbonate crystalline particles with controllable morphology and properties and obtained functional ceria particles by calcinations. It will be studied that the impact on the crystallization process of polymers, the control laws about long-chain structure of polymer to self-assembly of particles, and the regulated mechanism of polymer to nano-particles. Through the control of morphology and properties of precursor, cerium oxide particles with large aperture, high specific surface area, good thermal stability and catalytic ability is order to obtain. 3. Through the project performing, a theoretical basis is provided for preparing nano-particles of rare-earth with controllable physical properties.
