1.referee‘s report：摘抄如下 a）I cann't recommend the paper as it is,because it contains many mathematical mistakes. 这句是建议要改还是建议拒搞 b）the rigorous proof of the inequality on * is delicate and has been alreadly proved in other papers not quoted in the paper.是说严格的证明很详细还是很脆弱？ 2.editorial office a）you will see that although the referees find some merit in the paper it it required that substantial revisions be done before we can consider it further.这句是让大修么？ b）最后编辑还写了一句：i look forward to receiving your revision. 另外请教各位高人前辈，编辑让as soon as possible 这个期限一般是多久。我投的是“Applicable Analysis”。 |
