| 如题，英文论文投出去整一年了，至今仍处于Under Review...老板想把它给退回来重投，但不知怎么回信好些，不知各位有没有类似经历，能否给个关于申请退稿的英文模版...不甚感激！ |

Dear Dr. Prof. *** I am sorry to make you in trouble. It takes too long for reviewing my manuscript (***) which was submitted to Journal "***".
