thank you for sending this interesting manuscript to IJCARS. Unfortunately, this manuscript which relates mainly to thorax disease classification, is unsuitable for this journal as there is no description of any novel IT method, tools or systems which demonstrate a substantial technical innovation. IJCARS has a focus on R&D results of substantial technical innovations, especially involving novel IT methods, tools and systems, biomedical engineering and medical physics with special emphasis on their applications in radiology and surgery. 期待各位大佬指教！ |
