The follows are the changes of SDS-PAGE protein bands after affecting by Compound 2008185 in pathogenic bacteria. Comparing protein bands of normal pathogenic bacteria with ones affecting by Compound 2008185, we can see the later is obviously reduced or disappeared in the area of large molecular weight, while did not change significantly in the area of small molecular weight. As we have seen from Figure 4.9, after the samples were affected by the compounds with different concentrations for 12h, protein bands were missing or weaken at protein molecular weight of 130 KDa and 95 KDa. protein bands at all concentration were decreased at 70KDa and 55Da, especially at high concentration (300 µg/mL). The protein bands of other molecular weight area at 300 µg/mL was also weaken and lost at 17Da simultaneously. Samples at various concentrations affecting by the reference guangkuling, protein bands were missing or weaken at 130 KDa and 95 KD , and reduced at the molecular weight of 72 Da and 55Da. Corresponding with the analysis results of the soluble protein ( in section 4.3.9.4), it showed that the content of the soluble protein decreased dramaticly and the synthesis speed is inhibited after samples were affected by 2008185.
