| 进入了携程，我才真正了解到了旅游在线网站龙头老大应有的水平，真正知道服务行业应有的水平。听前辈们讲过无数次携程的光辉历程：十年前的10月，携程旅行网正式开通，在刚成立时，携程只是一个不足30人、国内300家旅游网站中不起眼的一家。随着互联网泡沫渐渐褪去，许多网络公司从此销声匿迹，但是携程却在逆境中顽强成长起来。03年12月，携称成功上市美国纳斯达克，成为中国旅游业和上海本地第一家在美国上市的公司，奠定了旅游行业龙头老大的稳固地位。可惜这些光辉的历史我没能亲眼见证，但在携程工作的日子里，我真正感到了我们每位员工都恪守5大公司理念：客户，团队，敬业，诚信，伙伴。在工作中，在我们周围就有很多优秀员工和诚信的典范。在每个携程人不懈的努力下，携程ctrip获得了中国驰名商标。之后我也有幸跟大家一起见证了许多携程的辉煌瞬间。单看我们国内机票部，在2007年11月就有 单月机票销售突破100万张 的佳绩，08年是悲喜参半的一年，在这一年里，伟大中国发生了许多事，全世界人民都关注着我们。我们国内机票上下一心，凭借着顽强的团队精神战胜了雪灾、汶川地震的天灾对旅游业和交通业带来的冲击。下半年，我们团结的团队又在一起见证了奥运会的完美开幕、闭幕以及残运会的圆满落幕。 |

| After enterring the ctrip.com, I really learn the due level as a leader of online travel websites , really know the due level of service industry. The elder told the course of ctrip.com to me for many times : In the October ten years ago, ctrip.com officially opened. As just established, it is just a small one with only 30 staff in all300 domestic travel websites . As the Internet bubble gradually subsided, many Internet companies were sinking, but ctrip.com grew up in adversity . In December 2003, ctrip.com successfully listed in nasdaq ,becoming the first listed company in China's tourism industry and Shanghai.The company has established the stable leaderstatus in tourism industry . Unfortunately I can't witness and experience these glorious history, but in my working days here, I really feel each staff is scrupulously abiding the five company philosophy: customer, team work, respect,integrity, and partner. Around us ,there are many outstanding staff and models of integrity l. With each person's unremitting efforts,ctrip.com won the China well-known trademark.After that, I also witnessed many glorious moment with others .In our domestic ticket department,only in the single month of November in 2007 ,ticket sale has been over 100 million.2008 is year with a mixed feeling, in this year, a great many things happened in China, people all over the world are watching us.With team spirit, our domestic tickets conquer the bad effect which tenacious snowstorm and wenchuan earthquake disasters brought to tourism industry and transportation. In the second half of last year, our team also witnessed the perfact opening and closing of the Olympic Games and the Paralympic Games . |

In the Ctrip, I really learned what should be as the leader of online travel Web site and a member of the service sector. Predecessors have told us for countless times about the glorious history of Ctrip: in the October of ten years ago, Ctrip.com was opened. in the established time, Ctrip have less than 30 employees , only a baby of domestic 300 travel sites. Gradually fade as the Internet bubble, many Internet company has disappeared, but Ctrip has resilience and grow up. In December 2003,Ctrip listied on the U.S. NASDAQ Successfully, to become the first company in shanghai of Chinese tourism industry listed in the U.S. Ctrip have laid a solid foundation in tourism industry as the leading position. Unfortunately, such a glorious history, I did not personally witness. But for my days with Ctrip, I really feel that each of our Colleagues bear the five important corporate philosophy in our heart: customer, teamwork, dedication, integrity, partner. Around us, there are many excellent staff and the integrity of the model.Through persistent efforts from Ctrip person, it became the well-known trademarks in China. Afterwards, I also was privileged to share a lot of Ctrip's brilliant moments. Just our domestic ticket department, in November 2007, the single month, we break one million ticket sales record successfully. 2008, joy and sorrow were mixed in this year. China has undergone a great many things, people of the world concerned us. Our department pull together and with team work spirit, defeated Impact to the tourism industry from the snow disaster, Wenchuan earthquake disaster . In the second half, our team together witnessed again the perfect Olympic Games opening and closing , as well as the successful Paralympic Games closing.
