| Toll样受体信号传导在启动机体的固有免疫反应，T细胞的活化、增殖、分化中起到重要的作用。本项目通过实时定量 PCR、流式细胞术、以及免疫组化等技术，试图证实铜绿假单胞菌可能通过影响TLR受体、TLR传导途径相关分子、负性调节因子，以及这一过程中所涉及的NF-κB通路，发挥作用，这可能是生物膜对固有免疫和获得性免疫耐受的重要机制之一。开展此项研究有望为研制通过干预细菌,从而大大降低细菌危害的新型的抗菌制剂提供新靶位。 |

An important role of Toll-like Receptor signaling for starting the body's innate immune response in activation, proliferation and differentiation of T cell. Through techniques of real-time and quantitative PCR, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry, this project attempts to confirm that Pseudomonas aeruginosa play a role through influencing the TLR receptor, TLR pathway-related molecules, negative regulators, as well as the process of involved in NF-κB pathway. This may be one of important mechanisms of biofilm on innate immunity and acquired immunological tolerance. This study is expected to greatly reduce bacterial hazards and provide a new target site for new antimicrobial agents through the intervention to bacteria . |
