求助金纳米粒子合成问题

如图，参考2016年JACS《Three-in-One: Sensing, Self-Assembly, and Cascade Catalysis of Cyclodextrin Modified Gold Nanoparticles》用β-环糊精作为还原剂和稳定剂合成金纳米粒子，具体步骤如下： In 35 mL of aqueous solution, 5 mL of PBS (0.1 M, pH 7.0), 1 mL of HAuCl4 (0.01 M) and 10 mL of β-CD (0.01 M) were added and vigorously stirred. Then, the mixture was heated to 100 oC for 60 min. The solution gradually changed from light yellow to light red, purple, wine red, indicating the formation of AuNPs. 作者合出来是酒红色AuNPs（SPR在520nm），而我总是合出的紫红色AuNPs(SPR在533nm). 应该是粒径比较大了，不知道该怎么调整。。。有经验的牛牛们麻烦指点一下呀 |
