ACS投稿以后可不可以挂到网上？

投了稿子以后，本想向APS那样把文章挂出去，但是注意到：“ Submission of a manuscript is contingent upon the agreement by all the authors that the reported work has not received prior publication and that no portion of this or any other closely related work is under consideration for publication elsewhere in any medium, including electronic journals, computer databases, and publicly accessible preprint Web sites" 那就是说不能公开了？ 有经验的说一声哈  |
