Self-evaluation I am employed in a large-scale drug development company as a researcher in organic synthesis now and mainly responsible for synthesis of new drugs . I can skillfully use a variety of analytical instruments with professional knowledge and experimental experience. I work hard, seriously and have strong communication skills and implementation of power, good teamwork, better planning, analysis capabilities and innovation spirit. Work content: Target synthesis of drug molecules, including project formulation, the original drug order, experimental programs and to carry out the project summary, product testing and delivery. Working harvest: 1. Organic synthesis of experience and expertise 2. In the face of difficult projects, first of all good communication and exchange with customers and the key to do the fact that demand is. 3. Effort is the best way to success. Self-evaluation I am a researcher of organic synthesis and now i am working in a large-scale company producing new drug.To me, i mainly take the responsible of new drugs' synthesis .So i can use all kinds of analytical instruments skillfully with a wealth of professional knowledge and experimental experience. I always persist in working hard and enjoying it , besides i have serious and responsible attitude towards work, and have strong communication skills and the ability of implementation,also have good spirits of teamwork and innovation,and capabilities of planning and analysis. Work content: the synthesis of targeted drug molecules, including The formulation of projects, the order of original drug , carrying out the experimental programs and finally doing a project summary, and product testing and delivery. Working harvest: 1. The experience and expertise of Organic synthesis 2. To difficult projects, having good communication with customers at the first, the key to do it is seeking truth from facts. 3. Effort is the best way to success. |
