我们正在寻找具有免疫学/肿瘤学和/或生物信息学专业知识背景的博士后研究员加入我们在新加坡国立大学药学院的实验室。我们的团队旨在利用细胞工程来开发针对耐受性癌症类型的免疫治疗策略。候选人将与临床医生密切合作,建立实证平台用于识别和验证候选癌症疫苗,并将研究成果转化为临床实践。此外,候选人将参与评估和开发在临床实验中用于治疗癌症和其他人类疾病的新型抗原疫苗。成功的候选人将需要独立设计并执行实验、解决问题、解释结果并提供项目进展汇报。我们期待对推进个性化医疗充满热情、积极进取的个人申请。该职位的主要职责包括: • 建立免疫肿瘤学的功能分析。 • 了解冷肿瘤的相关免疫生物学背景知识。 • 处理患者的肿瘤和血液样本。 • 体外培养类器官和 t 细胞。 依据个人的创新能力和相关工作基础,我们将提供给您极具竞争力的薪酬待遇。 该实验室已获得国家研究基金会奖学金 (nrf 2020) 的慷慨资助。 导师信息:https://pan.baidu.com/s/1A7-Qss2-vd4jffNy13KESg?pwd=sp12 'We are seeking research fellows with expertise in immunology/oncology and/or bioinformatics to join our lab (pi: Gloryn Chia) at the national university of Singapore, department of pharmacy. our team aims to leverage on cell engineering to develop immunotherapeutic strategies to target refractory cancer types. the candidate will work closely with clinicians to establish empirical platforms for identifying and validating cancer vaccine candidates, and to translate research findings into clinical practice. also, the candidate will be involved in the assessment and development of vaccines against novel antigens for the treatment of cancer and other human diseases. the successful candidate will need to independently design and execute experiments, troubleshoot issues, interpret results, and give project updates. highly motivated individuals with a passion for advancing personalized medicine are encouraged to apply. the main responsibilities of the position include: establishing functional assays for immuno-oncology. understanding the biology of immune-cold cancers. handling of patients’ tumour and blood samples. establishing organoids and t-cells cultures. we provide a highly competitive remuneration package that commensurate with the qualifications and relevant experience of the successful candidate. the laboratory is supported by generous funds from the national research foundation fellowship (nrf 2020). • qualifications / discipline: phd in biomedical sciences or related area. or phd in computational sciences with interest in wet lab research. • skills: • cell cultures, molecular techniques • optional: bioinformatics, handling of ngs datasets, immune assays. • experience: • experience with oncology, immunology (t cells biology), cell cultures, molecular and cell biology and/or bioinformatics will be considered favorably. • knowledge and experience working with ngs datasets, bioinformatics (e.g. r), pipeline and assay development will be advantageous. • good publication records in peer-reviewed journals. • able to undertake independent research and be an effective team player. • strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. • committed, able to work flexible hours and within the deadline.' if you are interested, please contact professor chia at phagcl@nus.edu.sg.
