[交流] 催稿的标题写什么合适

文章投分子结构，三个月了没有消息，想给编辑写封信询问一下，E-mail的标题用什么合适啊
请大家给点意见，最好是有人写过的

my submitted manuscript titled "****" (Ms. Ref. No.: ****) although the status
of "with editor" for my manuscript have been lasting for more than ***** weeks.
I am just wondering that my manuscript has been send to reviewers or not?
