如何处理：Publication of your article in LWT is on hold due to file problems已有1人参与

如题，通过投稿系统提交稿件、接收后，收到杂志社三次催交信息了，说是“[source multiple] multiple source files(renamed5be5c,r3--full text splrevised versionspl) have been provided”。 可是投稿系统里已进入“completed - accept”状态，找不到原来的稿件提交系统，只能通过“action”操作中的“view submission”、“view attachments”分别下载到 “原稿件、及含修改意见的修订稿”的pdf文件。不知道：“ [source multiple] multiple source files(renamed5be5c,r3--full text splrevised versionspl) ”指的是什么文件，又如何在投稿系统里修改？ 所以，我至今不知道问题出在哪，也不知该怎么处理。于是，通过个人的126邮件系统与杂志社联系，并将稿件中全文、图、表的所有电子版（.doc文件形式）都以附件的形式发给了杂志社的邮箱里，可是没几天杂志社还是催交信息（如下）。 congratulations on having your article accepted. we have now received your manuscript in production and would like to begin the typesetting process. unfortunately we have encountered a problem with the electronic files you provided and cannot process your article further until the following issues are resolved: * [source multiple] multiple source files(renamed5be5c,r3--full text splrevised versionspl) have been provided . please update which file has to be followed. 那么，我该如何处理呢？求助各位大神 |
