求助：文章投了快一个月，该期刊推荐了转投其他杂志，请问接收转投是否需要再次修改？

文章投了快一个月，结果被拒，并且给了审稿意见，但是该期刊推荐了转投其他杂志，请问接收转投是否需要再次修改？还是直接点击链接就可以？ 具体邮件如下： Dear xxx, The review of your manuscript submitted to xxx has been completed.
