倒霉，稿子在主编那里就被拒了！！

8月31日投了一篇MACROMOLECULAR RAPID COMMUNICATIONS. 结果今天早上一看就收到了拒信，我觉得我做得东西还是有一定新意的，不知道为什么！ 请问在这种情况下我可以给编辑写信，让他给我一个审稿的请求吗？？？？ Dear Prof. ********, Thank you for the above-mentioned manuscript. I am sorry to report that the manuscript will not be considered further for MACROMOLECULAR RAPID COMMUNICATIONS. I have examined the paper and concluded that it is not of sufficient interest to our readership to merit publication in this journal. As we receive considerably more papers than we can possibly publish in the limited available space, or even send out for review, a stringent selection process has to be applied. Only the most significant contributions for the development of a topical area of macromolecular science can be considered for publication.
