摘 要 骨碎补是一味传统中药,其制剂与饮片临床广泛应用,常用于预防骨质疏松和调节血脂.骨碎补配方颗粒是基于中药煎煮原理,对骨碎补药材煎煮提取浓缩而制得的颗粒。在现行的中国药典2005版是以柚皮苷测定控制其内在质量。本文用高效液相色谱法对骨碎补配方颗粒的进行质量研究。 目的:建立骨碎补配方颗粒含量测定的方法。 方法:高效液相色谱法,岛津VP-ODS(150mm×4.6mm)色谱柱 流动相:甲醇-水-醋酸(40:60:4) 流速:1ml/min 柱温:30℃ 检测波长:283nm 结果:此方法可有效的检测骨碎补中有效成分柚皮苷,柚皮苷在0.2216ug~4.432ug之间呈线性(r=0.9995),柚皮苷的平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为0.36%。结论:定量方法准确可靠,重复性好,简便,快速。 关鍵词:骨碎补 柚皮苷 配方颗粒 高效液相 |

ABSTRACT Rhizoma Drynariae (Drynaria fortunei (Kunze)J. Sm.) is the traditional Chinese medicine and its preparation and decoction pieces widely used in clinical applications. Rhizoma Drynariae commonly used for the prevention of osteoporosis and regulation of blood lipids. Dispensing granules of Rhizoma Drynariae obtained from the extraction and concentration of crude drug Rhizoma Drynariae based on the decoction of Chinese medicine theory. The quality of Rhizoma Drynariae is determinied by naringin stated on Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 edition. In this paper, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method is used on dispensing granules of Rhizoma Drynariae for qualitative research. Objective: To establish content determination method for dispensing granules of Rhizoma Drynariae. Methods: HPLC, Shimadzu VP-ODS (150mm × 4.6mm) column; Mobile: phase/methanol /water : acetic acid (40:60:4); flow rate: 1ml/min; column temperature: 30 ℃; Wavelength: 283nm Results: This method can effectively detect the component naringin, the linear relationship (r = 0.9995) was between 0.2216ug and 4.432ug. The average recovery was 100.8%, RSD was 0.36%. Conclusion: The qualitative method is accurate and reliable, reproducible, simple and fast. Conclusion: The quantitative method is accurate and reliable, reproducible, simple and fast. |
