新加坡南洋理工大学陈鹏教授招收化学及生物医学工程方向博士生

Professor Chen Peng is a professor in school of chemical & biomedical engineering and holding appointments in Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and Division of Chemistry and Biological Chemistry in Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He also serves as the chief engineer for Skin Research Institute of Singapore. His lab currently has a PhD student opening for the coming August 2022 intake or January 2023 intake. If interested, please email him with your CV (chenpeng@ntu.edu.sg). Based on your own interest, you may choose anyone of the following directions for PhD study: 1) Bioengineering approaches to combat chronic diseases such as obesity and other metabolic diseases. 2) Flexible devices for wearable or implantable biomedical applications based on conducting polymers, hydrogels, and other soft matters. 3) Advanced theranostic technologies which involve both targeted drug delivery and detection of biomarkers for skin disorders, cancers, etc. 4) Nanomaterials (e.g., graphene, Mxene, metal-organic-frameworks) & applications (e.g., biosensing, imaging, catalysis). Energetic individuals who are interested to publish high impact research papers and commercialized laboratory inventions are most welcome to contact him for a discussion.
