JAS杂志要2000刀版面费，我和老板都觉得太贵。不废话直接上邮件： Thank you for your letter, and we have received the "Copyright Release Form". I am ***, the first author. We noticed that there are two options available for publication costs, and we think that it will advantage the transmittion for knowledge if articles freely available to anyone accessing the journal.I am very glad to submit our manuscript to your journal, but I am embarrassed by some financial reasons. As I am still a graduate student, my allowance is very poor, and there is no enough budget for publication charge in our research, so that I cannot afford to pay for the whole paper charge. I would like to request the possibility for the waiver. If it is impossible, we would like to know if the charge could be partly free.
